Watch batteries/repairers
Would anyone happen to know where one can have watch batteries fitted in or around the area? The little jewellers (Marina's) opposite Waitrose has closed and the rip-off bastards at Timpsons want about £15 to fit a battery to a watch that isn't even worth that!

Ok - found one. Little old-fashioned jewellers in Northcote Road. £5.50 fitted.

Good to know. My only previous experience was with the one that has now closed down and become a barbers.

Marina's, opposite Waitrose. Mentioned in my OP. There used to be one in Cavendish Road too, but I think that's also closed.
