Anyone in Balham sick of having sleep disturbed by PJ's 'Wine' Bar's customers shrieking outside the venue and along the High Road until 4am on weekends can object to the granting of a planning consent to later opening - http://bit.ly/pj_bar

Wrong part of Balham to disturb me, I'm afraid.

When the Bedford started opening later (many years ago now) we noticed an increase in noise down Fernlea Road as revellers left the pub and staggered back to Streatham at all times of the night. The situation was only worsened when the Adventure Bar opened up in what used to be Ellie's.

So whilst I don't share this exact complaint with you, I'm only too aware of the issue.
