Balham Tup reopening

Just walked past and talked to a couple of workmen at the Tup. It has a new licensee and is reopening as a pub. Hung around a little while to try and speak to the licensee but needed to get off. Anyone else know anything?

Who did you find miserable there? I always thought the staff were pretty friendly.
